Meon Valley Trail

Meon Valley Trail - May 2024

14 miles, 10 pubs, 8 hrs – None of those were correct. We walked 15 miles, and several pubs were shut (including one that literally had a “we’re open” sign outside – looking at you George & Falcon!) but we had a great day out.

The Meon Valley Trail runs along a disused railway line from West Meon to Wickham. It’s relatively flat which makes for a relatively easy walk. The most difficult thing is the logistics of going from A to B, not A back to A.

If you want pics with hilarious captions this is the place for you!
